Woodfired Canteen, with Ixta Belfrage

Ixta’s style of cooking draws inspiration from three countries she grew up traveling to, eating in and obsessing over; Brazil, Mexico and Italy.

Talented food writer Ixta is co-author of FLAVOUR with Yotam Ottolenghi, and she has just released her new book, MEZCLA.

We will be welcoming Ixta Belfrage to our long table this summer where we look forward to a fusion of flavours and foods in collaboration with Woodfired Canteen.

Drinks from 6pm-7pm, dinner from 7pm. Your ticket includes a 3 course dinner and a welcome drink.  Full menu below.
