Our Wild Dining series is hosted by the brilliant Ben Quinn and his Woodfired Canteen team. This delicious menu has been co-curated with celebrated chef Adriana Cavita, who will also personally prepare the sublime 3 course banquet on-site, in our glorious outdoor haven.
Mexican born El Bulli graduate, Adriana Cavita, is the owner of the esteemed ‘Cavita’ restaurant in London’s Marylebone, which opened in May 2022 to a host of outstanding reviews including The Financial Times, The Evening Standard and The Independent. Known for her revolutionary approach to Mexican cooking, this is one mouthwatering feast you don’t want to miss.
